These are some incredibly stressful times. I hope that you and your families are safe, healthy, and staying sane.
Remember to exercise at home while quarantined – workout, spin, meditate, go for a walk, do some yoga, knit, etc. And remember to take time out for yourself read, knit, take up a hobby. Whatever it is, carve some time and find your happy place!
We will get through this!

I love spinning, but I always like to have a choice. With gyms closed and everyone quarantined at home, I’m grateful that I have set-up my home gym and my spin bike. I’ve found that spinning not only gives me great cardio but it provides benefits for your mind as well as your body. I might not have a Peloton bike but by hooking up the Peloton APP with my bike, I get all the benefits. So between disinfecting and helping my kids with their virtual school… I spin.

I love your blog and I’m finally getting a bike so I can do your Peloton hack! I cancelled my gym memberships because I don’t plan on going to the gym for at least a year AFTER a vaccine is created. Thanks for being so encouraging and fun!
